1. About Hairfolio
Hairfolio is an AI-driven haircut visualisation, planning and booking platform for barbers, stylists and clients. By creating an account you agree to use the platform only for its intended professional and personal hair-service purposes.
2. Accounts & Roles
A single Hairfolio account may act as a barber/stylist or a client. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Data Storage
Photos, hair profiles, sessions, bookings and haircut records you create are stored securely and associated with your account. Client photos are scoped to the account that uploaded them. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and retained.
4. Subscriptions
The barber/stylist plan is $39.99 per month with a 14-day free trial. The client plan is free. Subscription billing is processed securely by Base44 Payments. Your trial begins when you start it; billing begins after the trial unless you cancel. Each client receives one free improvement scan; additional scans are $2.99 each for updated pictures.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
6. AI Content
AI-generated previews, hair analysis and cutting guides are provided to assist professionals and clients and do not replace professional judgement. Hairfolio is not liable for outcomes resulting from following AI suggestions.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to Hairfolio support via the contact form.
