1. What we collect

Hairfolio collects your name, email, role, profile details, and the photos and session data you choose to upload. Barbers may add business details such as shop name, address and availability.

If you allow location or tap Near me, Hairfolio uses your location to show barbers near you. It is kept on your device.

2. How we store it

Your data is stored securely and associated with your account. Client and session photos are scoped to the account that uploaded them and are never sold. Data is retained for as long as your account is active.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide AI hair analysis, style previews, cutting guides, bookings, haircut codes and client management. AI processing may use third-party providers; we send only what is needed to generate your results.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Haircut codes you create may be shared with barbers you choose to look up or book with. Booking and match data is shared only between the client and barber involved.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Barber subscriptions are billed via Base44 Payments, which processes card details securely. Hairfolio does not store raw card numbers. See our Terms of Service for subscription and cancellation terms.

6. Your rights

You can delete your photos, sessions, and records at any time within the app. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
